Returns & Revocation

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you return it.

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please inform us in writing by letter or e-mail. Please do not return goods until you have received our confirmation. For details on revocation and complaints, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

• Cancellation: Free of charge until dispatch, thereafter only in accordance with the right of withdrawal. No right of withdrawal for digital content after use/download or sealed products with a broken seal.
• Returns: Products must be returned unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging. Personalized, used or damaged items are excluded from refund.
• Costs & refund: The customer bears the return costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by PayPal or bank transfer.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

For business customers there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations of contracts are only possible in accordance with the agreed conditions or statutory provisions. Contact us for an individual solution.
